I am a licensed psychiatrist in the midst of completing my residency in General Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. I currently work with adults 18 and older using a combination of medications and psychotherapy.

My passion and expertise lies in helping adults navigate and overcome struggles with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tic Disorder, other obsessional conditions and Anxiety disorders using psychotherapy and medications. My practice encompasses a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Exposure Therapy. I’m well-versed in medication and other biological treatment options. To me, a combination of  therapy, medications, lifestyle adjustments, and mindfulness training are all invaluable tools on the path to achieving your goals.

At the heart of my practice is dedication to and respect for my patients. I approach each individual with a deep sense of curiosity and an open mind, fostering an environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Before embarking on my psychiatry journey, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business at Cornell University. My professional journey then took me to athenahealth, where I served as a product manager, focusing on the development of population health software designed to enhance patient well-being on a large scale. Subsequently, I earned my medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where I obtained a certificate in Healthcare Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. During my time there, I engaged in research projects and gained extensive clinical experience in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry.
